Community Forum #9—The LHS School Building Committee (SBC) cordially invites anyone interested to participate in the upcoming Community Forum #9 on February 6, 2025, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This public forum will be in a hybrid format, and any interested Lexington community member is highly encouraged to attend. Please join us in person at Cary Hall or participate remotely on Zoom. Please click here for the community forum flyer that includes the Zoom link and more information. This community forum will include an introduction to Turner (Construction Manager), a review of the preferred option, timeline updates, and time for public Q&A.

League of Women Voters - Candidates Night
Candidates' Night is an annual event organized by the League of Women Voters of Lexington to provide Town Meeting and town-wide office candidates an opportunity to present their positions on issues and to listen to constituents' concerns.
Doors open at 7 PM, precinct meetings will run from 7:30-8:30 PM, followed by a meet and greet with the candidates for town-wide offices.
There is no admission charge and the public is encouraged to attend. There is no snow date.
Frederick Douglass Day
Join the Lexington Lyceum, Association of Black Citizens of Lexington, and Lexington Historical Society as we host the Lexington contingent for this national event, organized by the Douglass Day Organization and the Library of Congress. The annual Douglass Day program honors Frederick Douglass with an online crowd-sourcing transcription project intended to make primary Black history resources more widely accessible.
